Nutrition
Nutrition is the most important part of the fitness equation. No amount of exercise can substitute for poor nutrition. We may feel guilty and try to compensate for binge eating by working out harder, but it doesn’t work that way.
Whether your goals are to lose fat, maintain weight or build muscle, nutrition is the anchor of any fitness program. Here are some great Nutrition Resources:

Fitness
Fitness is the second most important factor, following nutrition, in achieving desired body recomposition goals. Weight training is one of the most underutilized training styles by women, I get it-it’s intimidating. Weight Training increases lean muscle mass (giving us those curves we want), burns fat, increases metabolism (the more muscle you carry, the faster your metabolism), increases bone mineral density, improves hormones and so much more. Not to mention, weight training burns calories hours after completing a workout. Ah, sign me up!
The content on this channel focuses on body recomposition primarily from weight training and some cardio. HIIT is an amazing alternative to traditional cardio, as it burns calories in a shorter amount of time. Why spend an hour walking if you can burn the same amount of calories if not more in 15 mins.
My goal is for you to feel comfortable in your own skin to take the action steps that will transform your life and body. Here are some amazing fitness resources to help you get started:
